Orders and delivery process
As a brand we keep low inventory to avoid wastage, this is why orders are processed within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase. After the order is packed, depending on your country delivery may vary. For Cyprus is usually next day delivery. For any additional information do not hesitate to contact us.
For orders outside the EU zones, beware that the customer is responsible for all applicable customs and duties taxes.
Cancelling your order
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours. A refund will be processed within 3 working days back to the card used to make the payment.
Cancellation request after the 24 hours from purchase will not be accepted.
Exchange services are not offered as stock is limited. However, we can exchange only with a different size if stock is available.
The service is valid only 5 days from the date of delivery and ONLY if stock is available. To request an exchange contact us via email and explain the reason. We will notify you as soon as possible to inform if we can proceed with your request. Don’t forget to attach a proof of delivery, so we can confirm that you are eligible to apply for the service.
Delivery charges (back and forth) are to be carried by the customer.
Refund requests are accepted ONLY for faulty items. Items must be returned in it’s original package and condition (all label attached, unworn, unwashed etc.)
Refunds are processed after we receive back the package. The customer is responsible of the package until we receive it (always keep a proof that you have sent back the package). Also, the cost of return it’s covered by us ONLY for Cyprus orders, customers outside Cyprus are responsible for the delivery charges.
You can request a refund within 5 days from the day you receive your package by email attaching a proof of the date of order collection from the courier and the reason.
Refunds requests CAN BE DENIED if the item it’s lost in transit or damaged in any way.
